She was just driving along...

The musical comedy concept album launched on Tuesday, March 14th. Yesterday, Friday, March 17th, my friend Mimi called me in the middle of the day to tell me she’d been streaming Spotify in her car and suddenly realized she was listening to one of our songs! No, I Don’t (Yes, I Do) was streaming! In the same playlist as songs from Wicked and Sunday in the Park.

Mimi pulled over to take a photo. Afterwards, she fast-forwarded thru the playlist, and other songs from the new musical comedy, Regretting Almost Everything, came up.  

It was so exciting! Later, it occurred to me that our songs probably came up because Mimi had already listened to the singles, and that people who hadn’t listened to the singles might not be fed our tracks. But still, very cool! 

Also, if you look at the photo, you’ll notice that my name displays with the song. Clearly it should either be Beth Leavel's name, or say “Taslitz and Ursetti.” It doesn’t because Danny and I didn’t know what we were doing when we uploaded the tracks to CD Baby for distribution. We’re going to try to fix that, but I’ve been told it’s not a simple matter. Nevertheless, we hope to get that fixed ASAP.
