The process of making the musical comedy album was wonderful. Beth, Jeff, Paul, our MD, the musicians on the album — it was an honor to work with them. Our producer and engineers, Kathy and Matt, are now two of my favorite people. I’d record a song I don’t even like just to have an excuse to hang out with them. And I have 200 CDs sitting in my apartment that no one can play, but they’re real, and could one day make very cheerful coasters.

Danny and I knew when we embarked on this project that the only people we could count on to listen to the album were close friends, and our moms. And considerably more people than that have listened. And gone out of their way to say nice things to us.

What’s next? The dream is a production with Beth and Jeff in New York City or thereabouts. We’re working on it. Let us know if you want to help.
