When we began writing together in William Finn’s class, we never could have guessed that songs we wrote in response to Bill’s prompts were the beginning of what is now, Regretting Almost Everything. Nor would we have dared to dream that one day, two of Broadway’s greatest, Beth Leavel and Jeff Blumenkrantz, would record some of those songs.
